However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, images, or other content are completely error-free. If a product offered by us does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund.
2.2 Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
2.3 Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. We will notify you if your order is declined and issue a full refund.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payment transactions are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers in California (USA) and Shenzhen (China). Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and shipping times vary by destination:
- United States & Europe: 7–12 business days (standard) / 3–5 days (express)
- Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days (standard) / 2–4 days (express)
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
5.1 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return policy on all products in unused, original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
5.2 2-Year Warranty
All SoarApex products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, material failures, and workmanship issues under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
For warranty claims, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
